PRICE DROP! Nuova Vita custom heavy relic Magnum T Style

Our friend Nick from Nuova Vita Guitars is an absolute relic master. Legend has it that the time machine he hides in his workshop can take any recent electric guitar and transport it back through time, to be played by who knows which legendary guitarists for anything from 5 to 100 years of authentic wear and tear, before popping back out and being delivered to our wall. These incredible electric guitars even have all upgraded electrics and hand wound pickups as well as some unique and eye-catching cosmetic touches. This particular “Magnum Thinline” T style electric guitar is made from a Squier Cabronita body which has been custom refinished in white nitro cellulose and then resprayed in blue to give the effect of one resprayed colour fading into another with heavy use. The maple neck is Les Paul style with a pleasantly slim C profile and rosewood fingerboard. It’s also equipped with quality Kluson style tuners which offer great stability- handy as you’ll be bending all over the shop while playing this beauty!

Tonally this guitar is gorgeous with the twang of a T style (sorry, we have to call them this now or the F company that rhymes with Blender shout at us) but slightly tempered and mellowed by the hollow cavity… Plus the F hole looks really cool! This smoother sound is complemented by alnico V Jazzmaster style P90s which make for an incredibly smooth and delectably different take on the T style tone which still maintains the classic twangy top end but with smooth and full mids. The electrics are all selected for a full tone too with 500k CTS pots, orange drop capacitor and a Switch Craft brass three way selector switch. Last but definitely not least Nick has managed to find a matching set of magnum gun case knobs… Just in case this guitar wasn’t cool enough already.
