The Bad Horsie was designed for Morley by shred guitar legend Steve Vai and is an awesome tool for spicing up your solos and rhythm playing. This pedal has two main selling points. First is its aggresive, fat wah quack with plenty of resonance which sounds absolutely great for clean rhythm tones and distorts superbly. Secondly it doesn’t need to be turned on and off using a stomp switch- it activates when you move the plate and springs back to being off when you take your foot off! This is a really great design, meaning there are no cracks or popples when you introduce the effect, and no chance of activating / deactivating it by mistake as on a Cry Baby or other more traditional wahs.
We currently have two of these in stock, both made in the USA. One is slightly different to the other (see the text on the front faces). Both are in very good condition for their ages and work perfectly. Please note that power adapters are not included but can be bought separately here. You can also chain a regular 9 volt pedal adapter to power multiple pedals using a daisy chain, available here. Checkout now to arrange affordable UK postage or call in to the shop between 10-5 any day except Wednesday to take one for a test drive.
