Left-handed Jim Deacon, tobacco burst

Left handed electric guitars can be hard to come by and good value ones for beginners even more so! This Jim Deacon electric guitar is perfect if you’re just starting out. It’s got a basswood body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard and all the standard S type electronics. The three single coil pickups are all present and correct with 5 way pickup selector and dual tone and master volume controls offering a huge range of tonal options with a little tweaking! It looks great with a cool vintage tobacco sunburst finish and white pickguard. Most importantly it’s very easy to play with a nice straight neck and a professional setup from our in-house guitar tech Steve. The neck has a modern, slim profile and is also tapered as you go up the fretboard which is a really great feature for beginner soloists looking for a comfortable feel!

This guitar is in generally good condition but has the odd little ding here and there, notably the small scuffs to the back which you can see in the photos. A previous owner has removed the back plate which enhances the sustain of the instrument. There is some slight corrosion to the metal back plate and bridge. This is all cosmetic and does not affect tone or playability.
