Purchased a Guitar from their website listed that day, been looking for the guitar for a while, got a phonecall next day saying "sorry the guitar is already sold" blamed the IT, have a suspicious that wasn't the actual answer. Refund processed quick, but very disappointed.

I wanted a baritone ukulele from Finale Guitars but the ukulele I'd selected required a number of modifications. Nye was extremely helpful in this matter and was able to fully meet my requirements. He was friendly and courteous throughout our conversations and arranged delivery of my new ukulele to fit in perfectly with my availability. (I needed the ukulele to be delivered after my return from holiday)The ukulele arrived today and I am delighted with it. The whole experience has been first class from start to finish.I can recommend this business WITHOUT RESERVATION.

Enquired about a used bass guitar advertised on Facebook. Got a quick response and a quick sale. (I had tried this product via a friend prior to purchasing) I requested if it could be posted, which again was offered at a price very quickly.. The bass guitar came extremely well packed, all the strings were loosened to protect the neck in transit. All in all it was a great experience and wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again!Thanks again Finale!
Just bought a Cort CEC7 from Nye on his advice and really pleased with the purchase.Tried a few crossover guitars and the Cort CEC7 suits me best as the neck is 45mm, the same as my other steel string acoustics.Nice place to shop 👍

Fantastic service from Finale Guitar. I'm from South Wales and purchased a guitar from them recently. I had a few question marks around the guitar but Finale Guitar were more than helpful in helping me find a resolution to the queries I had and everything ended with a positive outcome. Really friendly staff. There was an issue with my guitar and a tuning peg (which was a problem for a while) was sorted within an hour for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend and will be back.
One major gripe with this shop is that it’s nowhere near my home in Kent!I’ve just taken delivery of a beautiful used Gibson that came fully set up with quality strings and packaged so well that a small nuclear device wouldn’t damage the guitar. Thank you so much Nye, you’re an absolute star!Now think I may move to Sheffield!

Bought a ukulele for my nephew's birthday present. The man who helped was really friendly and bared my toddler screaming in his shop! (Sorry about that!) Lovely selection of guitars and they offer lessons too. Would recommend :)
Lovely friendly staff. I was impressed with the knowledge of Nye. I was so impressed in fact that I bought a Mandolin and music lessons! I can honestly recommend Finale Guitar if you are looking to buy a musical instrument, or music lessons. You can't get this sort of service and hands on experience online.
Bass Setup and Mods - Very happy with final results, my bass plays and sounds so much better now. Amazing service and very helpful, friendly staff. Would highly recommend for services and repairs. The shop has lots of lovely looking instruments in too, well worth a visit!
We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Nye! He was not only extremely helpful & informative but extremely kind too. This is a great shop an absolute haven for guitar lovers, definitely worth a visit…. Just remember your wallet!! Thank you so much Nye we have one very happy 14yr old which doesn’t happen often…. Fantastic shop, dropped off my guitar for a service and setup. Was done in two days and at a really reasonable price. They have a great selection in the store too.
Bought a VOX VT20X combo amp after speaking on the phone and getting told when one was in. Absolutely amazing experience, John and Nye are lovely to speak with. Absolutely amazing. They are super friendly and knowledgeable and is a very welcoming atmosphere.They fixed my 1950s guitar what was in a state (looked like it had been dragged out of the bottom of a river) and is playing amazingly.Definitely using them again.

This is a gem of a shop! Great to have a friendly independent guitar shop so nearby. We drop in fairly regularly for all kinds of bits n pieces and always get a good welcome and sound advice. I’ve bought a nice tenor ukulele here already on behalf of a friend which was great quality for a good price. But most recently I bought a fab Tanglewood vintage sunburst guitar ( based on a Gibson J45) and it’s perfect. Simon did a great set up on it and I got a part-ex deal too. Can’t recommend Finale highly enough!
I took in a new guitar for a set up. All standard, but the guitar needed some nut work. Not only was the work carried out quickly, but to a very high standard. On top of this, it’s a really nice shop, filled with a good array of new and secondhand equipment. And Nye and Simon are professional, friendly, and know their stuff.Overall, I’d say this is the best guitar shop in Sheffield.
